    To be honest this was one of those occasions where I just pressed the auto-enhance button on my old and clunky software (arcsoft not photoshop) to fix the white balance and it came out like this. The aircraft was already set against a dark sky with a bit of sunlight on it, and I had a Cokin ND grad filter in front of the lens.

    Nice shot from the airshow, Ian. I like how the auto-adjust levels effect came out. It usually works pretty well in such pictures giving interesting poster-like effect.

    thats excellent Ian , very moody shot ! I do not remember these at all ! The light vapour trail against the dark cloud really gives the shot plenty of movement and vibrabcy.
